Art is a Quality Manager at Alcatel-Lucent (formerly Lucent
Technologies &
AT&T Bell Laboratories) and
is currently responsible for implementation of TL 9000 measurement
systems.
Art is on the QuEST Forum North America Region Leadership Team as
Vice Chair for 2008 and is founding member and
the current Vice Chair of the Great Lakes TL 9000 Special
Interest Group. Art has been involved with QuEST Forum from the
beginning and has contributed to each of the work groups over the
last 10 years.
Art holds a Masters of Science
in Computer Science from
Art is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Senior Member of the
American Society of Quality, and a Project Management Professional
(PMP) from the Project Management Institute. He is also a Certified
Lead Auditor from BSI.
Art has many published papers and awards including the 1997 Bell
Laboratories President’s Award and the Lucent 2000 Standards
Leadership Award.
